There are four possible reasons that your withdrawal has been declined:
- You may have tried to withdraw to a bank account that is not in your name. Please note that PointsBet does not allow any 3rd party transactions, as per section 1.6 in our Terms & Conditions.
- You may have used incorrect bank details - if a withdrawal is processed to an incorrect account, the funds will 'bounce back' into your PointsBet account within 5-10 business days.
- You may have had a bet resettlement - if a bet has been unsettled and resettled in your account before your withdrawal had been processed, it will be automatically cancelled to avoid your account balance going into a negative amount.
- Our Customer Security team may be conducting standard compliance checks. This is not unusual. Please review your recently received emails to check if our security team have reached out to you.
