If your withdrawal hasn't come through within 24 hours, it will be due to one of the following reasons:
- You may have accidentally used incorrect bank details - in this case, your withdrawal will be automatically refunded back into your PointsBet account within 5-10 business days without you needing to lift a finger. We understand that this is a long time to wait, so we do appreciate your patience. After your withdrawal has bounced back, you can attempt to withdraw your funds again.
- Our Customer Security team may be conducting standard compliance checks. This is not unusual. Please review your recently received emails to check if our security team have reached out to you.
