If you bank with HSBC or Citibank, this is expected, as these banks don't currently support PayID. Because of this, you won't be able to complete the PayID verification process.
Instead, you can have your bank account verified manually. Simply email the first page of your bank statement to support@pointsbet.com. The statement only needs to show your full name, BSB and account number - there's no need to include or send any transaction history.
