How do I make a withdrawal?

1. Click on your Profile Tab and click 'Withdraw'.
2. Enter your full name as shown on your Bank Statement.
3. Enter your BSB and Account Number.
4. If your withdrawal option is already verified, you'll see a green tick next to it. Seeing a 'Please Review Bank Details' error message? Click here for help.
5. Enter in your Withdrawal Amount (the amount must be at least $5).
6. Click Withdraw.
   If you are withdrawing to bank details for the first time, you will need to enter a verification code by text message or email.
7. If the withdrawal has been processed successfully, you will see that your withdrawal is now in a 'Pending' state. In most cases, you will receive your withdrawal in your bank account within 30 minutes.
