How do I make a withdrawal?

1. Click on your Profile Tab and click Withdraw.
2. Enter your BSB and Account Number in the form (double check these details to make sure they are correct before proceeding).
3. Enter your full name as shown on your Bank Statement.
4. Enter in the amount you'd like to withdraw (the amount cannot exceed the withdrawable amount, and must be at least $5).
5. Click Withdraw.
   If you are withdrawing to bank details for the first time, you will need to enter a verification code by text message or email.
6. You will now see that your withdrawal is 'Pending'. You will receive your funds in your bank account within 1 hour.

Please note, withdrawals can only be requested to the account holders Bank Account. No 3rd party withdrawals are permitted.
