A “turned-over” deposit means you’ve placed bets totaling the full amount of the money you deposited. You’re always free to withdraw any winnings from your bets. However, to withdraw the actual funds you deposited, you must first place bets equal to the full amount of that deposit.
Example 1: You deposit $50 and place a $50 bet.
→ Your deposit is fully turned over. You can withdraw both your winnings and your remaining balance.
Example 2: You deposit $50 and place only a $25 bet.
→ Your deposit is not fully turned over. You may withdraw any winnings, but you must still bet the remaining $25 of your deposit before you can withdraw your full balance.
If you’ve deposited funds but no longer wish to place bets, please contact our Customer Service team for help.
