If you do not have a cash out option appearing on your bet, it will be because of one of the following reasons:

The bet may not be eligible for cash out at the current point in time.
Our cash out feature is not always available because it is subject to the availability of live odds as well as the discretion of our Trading Team. Please keep an eye out in your pending bets section as the option may appear once the events involved in your bet progress/settle.

The bet type may be ineligible.
For example, SGM Combo bets (Same Game Multi Combo) and Five for $25 bets are not Cash Out enabled.

You placed the bet with a bonus bet.
Bonus bet stakes are not able to be cashed out.

You may be experiencing connectivity issues.
