To reset your password, click the login button in the top right corner of the PointsBet app. Hit the 'Forgot your password?' link and enter your email and date of birth. Head to your email inbox and click the link provided to reset your password. If you can't find your reset email, please check your junk mail.
Step by step...
Click on LOG IN at the top right of your screen.
Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.
Enter your email and date of birth (these details must match the details listed on your account for this to work).
Click EMAIL RECOVERY LINK button.
You will receive an email that includes your username and instructions on how to reset your password immediately (be sure to check your junk folder - often the email will be here).
Click on the hyperlink provided in the email.
Enter your new password. Remember that your password is case sensitive.
(HANDY TIP - write your password down so that you don't forget it!)
Click the SET MY NEW PASSWORD button.
Log in to your account using your email and brand new password.
