If you are seeing the message "An error occurred, your bet could not be placed. [Error Code: 999000]" it will be due to a recent OS update that was made that effects users on our iPhone app.
Our team is working on a fix, which we expect to be released very soon. In the meantime, we recommend accessing your PointsBet account through a web browser, where you should be able to remain logged in as normal.
