If you've placed a Same Game Multi and you can't see the option to pull any legs, please try these steps:
Hard refresh your app
☑️Log out and in again to force a refresh. If (after refreshing) a Pull 'Em icon appears on your pending bet, you've used a token successfully.
Update your PointsBet app
☑️Head to your App Store and click the UPDATE button for the PointsBet app. If (after downloading) a Pull 'Em icon appears on your pending bet, you've used a token successfully.
Review your Pending Bets section
☑️If you have checked options 1 & 2 above, and you still do not see a Pull 'Em icon on your bet within your Pending Bets section, it means that a token was not successfully used when the bet was placed (see examples below). Please get in touch with our customer service team for further information.
