If you cannot see your Pull Em token in your betslip, please check the following:
- Ensure you are using the most up to date version of the PointsBet app
- Check that you have not used a Pull Em token on the particular game already (one token per game)
- Check that your SGM contains 4 or more legs
- Check that your SGM total odds are $5 or greater
- Check that you have at least one eligible market selected (CLICK HERE for eligible markets for AFL and NBA)
- Ensure the sport you are betting on is eligible for Pull Em (AFL and NBA only)
- Ensure you are placing a single SGM bet and not an SGM Combo
- Ensure you are not using a bonus bet or a pay back token on the bet
If all requirements are met and the token still does not appear, it may mean that your account is not eligible for the promotion. Please contact out Customer Service team so that we can take a look for you.
