If a team surrenders and the event is officially won, all bets will stand as usual.

"If an event is won by a team surrendering, the event will be deemed as completed and all bets will stand."
In cases of connectivity issues, bets generally stand unless the official governing body declares the match, race, or map a draw or non-contest. If the match or map is restarted due to connectivity problems, all bets on that part of the event will be void.
