Heads up, you DO NOT need to verify your credit card to allow withdrawals.
To verify your card, firstly check your bank account to ensure you have at least $1.00 available (this is required for the process to be successful). Once confirmed, head to your debit card deposit section then click 'Verify my card now'. Follow the prompts and click 'Process verification payment'. Head back to your bank account and find the random cent amount deducted, then go back into your PointsBet account and enter that cent amount in. If correct, your card will be verified.
Step by step...
1) Head to your bank account and make sure you have at least $1.00 available in your balance. If you have no funds available, the verification process will not work.
2) Head to your debit card deposit section.
3) Click on the 'Verify my card now' button.
4) Cick the 'Process verification payment' button.
Already clicked the 'Process verification payment' before realising you don't have any funds in your bank account? In this case, the payment will not go through, so please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
5) Check your online banking transactions and locate the payment. It will be a random amount between 1 and 99 cents.
6) Head back to your PointsBet app and input the cent amount, then click 'Continue'. If the amount you have entered is correct, your card will be verified.
