This error message appears when you have not successfully authenticated your card transaction. When you try to make a deposit, you are re-directed to your bank to secure the transaction. Usually this will mean that you need to input a code that is sent to you via text message. Please ensure this step is completed correctly.
Using a 3rd Party Card
If you are attempting to deposit with a card that is not in your name, you will likely see this error message appear. Please note that all card deposits must be made with cards in your name.
