After entering your personal details on the Sign-Up page, review them and click YES THIS IS CORRECT. If changes are needed, click I'D LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES. If verification isn’t immediate, you’ll be prompted to upload an ID (driver's license, medicare card or passport) and click VERIFY & SUBMIT.
Once verified, you’ll be logged in automatically. If verification fails, please contact customer service for assistance. Note, you cannot log in until verification is complete.

If some of the details you have listed on your account are incorrect, click I'D LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES to update.
If your details are unable to be verified immediately, you will be prompted to enter an ID document to try to complete the account verification.
Simply add the details of your drivers license, medicare card or passport and click the VERIFY & SUBMIT button.

Please note, drivers licenses in some states display the card/document number on the back of the card and some display it on the front.
