There are a few reasons why your bet may not meet the eligibility requirements.
Your bet may not be eligible if:
- It was placed using a Pay Back token
- It was placed using an Odds Booster
- It was part of a multi
- It was not your first Fixed Odds win bet on the race
If none of the above apply, your bet may still be eligible. We’re currently working through eligible bets manually, so please hang tight - if your bet meets the requirements, it will be paid as soon as possible.
