We'll send a 6-digit code to your mobile via SMS - simply enter the code to confirm your number and continue with your registration. Verifying your mobile number helps protect your account and makes it easier to recover access if you ever need to.

Step by step...
Start your sign-up by entering your details, including your name, date of birth, email, and address. Once complete, click CONTINUE.
Check that your mobile number is correct, then click CONTINUE. We'll send a 6-digit verification code to this number via SMS.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from the SMS, then click VERIFY.
Didn't receive the code? Wait for the timer to finish, then click RESEND CODE.
3. Once your number is verified, you'll see a confirmation message. You can then create your password, accept our Terms and Conditions, and click JOIN POINTSBET to complete your registration.
Why didn't I receive my code?
SMS delivery can occasionally be delayed. Make sure your phone has reception and double-check the mobile number you entered is correct. If you still haven't received your code, click RESEND CODE once the timer has finished.
Please note that for security reasons, there is a limit on how many times a code can be re-sent or entered incorrectly. If you reach this limit, you'll need to restart your sign-up from the beginning.
Why am I seeing "This mobile number is already in use"?
Each mobile number can only be linked to one PointsBet account. If your number is already linked to an account, you won't be able to use it to create a new one.
If this is your number, you may already have a PointsBet account - try logging in or resetting your password instead. If you need a hand, contact our customer support team and quote error SU16.
