Are SRM's available at all times?

SRM is available at 9:30am on the day of a meet for AU thoroughbred racing where race 1 is earlier than 2pm AEST/AEDT.

Any Greyhound meets or thoroughbred meet where race 1 is after 2pm AEST/ AEDT, SRM will be available for all races 1 hour prior to race 1.
