If you can't use one of your available tokens, it would be because the bet is ineligible for a token. The most common reasons are as follows:
- Not meeting the minimum $3 odds in a same game multi.
- Not enough runners in a race to use a horse token (8 runner minimum)
- Not enough runners in a race to use a greys token (6 runner minimum).
