- Insufficient funds - this message indicates that you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account to make the deposit. Please review your online banking to ensure you have enough funds in your account.
- Oops. Something went wrong - this message indicates that your bank is blocking the transaction due to any number of reasons. Please reach out to your bank directly for more information. You can find a dedicated Google Pay support contact number in your Google Wallet.
- Credit cards - PointsBet is no longer able to accept deposits made with credit cards. If you have a debit card in your Google Wallet, please use this instead.
