If your PayID deposit is not reflecting in your PointsBet account, it will be due to one of these two reasons:
1. Your bank is holding the funds for standard security checks
This is not unusual. If you have just made your first PayID deposit to us, it is very likely to be held by your bank for up to 24 hours until they complete their compliance check. Please reach out to your bank for further information.
2. You have exceeded your deposit limit
In this case, we will automatically refund your deposit into the same bank where you deposited from. This process will take 5-10 business days. Please rest assured that your funds will come back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
