Due to Australia-wide government regulations, PointsBet is required to verify your identification information immediately upon sign up.
If your identification information is not able to be verified, you will not be able to log in until account verification has been successfully completed.

Once you have input all of your personal details on the Sign Up page, review the information you have entered and click YES THIS IS CORRECT.
If some of the details you have listed on your account are incorrect, click I'D LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES to update.
If your details are unable to be verified immediately, you will be prompted to enter an ID document to try to complete the account verification.
Simply add the details of your drivers license, medicare card or passport and click the VERIFY & SUBMIT button.

Please note, drivers licenses in some states display the card/document number on the back of the card and some display it on the front.
SUCCESSFUL
If your account has been successful verified, you will be logged in and ready to roll!
UNSUCCESFUL
If your account has not been successfully verified at this point, please give our friendly customer service team a call on 13 72 38 and we will be happy to help. Please note that you will not be able to log in to your PointsBet account until this has been completed.

If you are not able to log in to your PointsBet account, it is likely to be due to your account not being successfully ID verified.
Simply follow the prompts to add an ID document to attempt verification or give us a call on 13 72 38 and we will be happy to help.
If you are currently logged in to your PointsBet account, you can be sure that your account is already successfully ID verified.
You can also navigate to the My Account section, you will find that the verification status is set as Verified.

If you have not been able to get verified over the phone, please send through a photo of your drivers license and/or passport to verification@pointsbet.com and we will try to get you verified manually.
