If you have forgotten any of your login details, you can easily reset your password through email.

3. Enter your email and date of birth (these details must match the details listed on your account for this to work).
4. Click EMAIL RECOVERY LINK button.
5. You will receive an email that includes your username and instructions on how to reset your password immediately (be sure to check your junk folder - often the email will be here).
6. Click on the hyperlink provided in the email.
7. Enter your new password. Remember that your password is case sensitive.
(HANDY TIP - write your password down so that you don't forget it!)
8. Click the SET MY NEW PASSWORD button.
9. Log in to your account using your email and brand new password.

To check your linked email, you can search for an email from us in your email account. Simply search 'PointsBet' in your email search bar. If we have sent you an email, it will be this email address that is linked to your PointsBet account.
