How do I request a withdrawal?
You can request a withdrawal by following the simple steps below.
- Click on My Account and click "Withdraw"
- Enter your Bank Account details in the form.
- Enter your full name as shown on your Bank Statement.
- Enter in the amount you'd like to withdraw. (The amount can not exceed the withdrawable amount)
- Click Withdraw.
- Note, withdrawals can only be requested to the account holders Bank Account. No 3rd party withdrawals are permitted.
How long will it take to for my withdrawal to be processed?
Withdrawals are processed by our Payments Team Monday - Friday before 3PM.
If a withdrawal is submitted before 3PM, it will typically reach the nominated Bank Account that same night but can take up to 48 hours.
If a withdrawal is submitted after 3PM, the funds will be processed the following business day and may take up to 48 hours to reach your nominated Bank Account.
EG - A withdrawal request made at 5pm on a Friday Night will not be processed until the following business day (Monday
