Why do I need to verify my Debit or Credit Card?
PointsBet requires all Debit or Credit Cards registered to your PointsBet be verified prior to the processing of any withdrawals.
How do I verify my Debit or Credit Card?
Simply click the blue ‘Verify My Card’ button on the My Account page. PointsBet will action the verification process via a random Authorisation Charge (between 0.01c and 0.99c) to made to the Card.
This small transaction between 0.01c and 0.99c confirms the Card is valid.
Check your personal bank statement and once this transaction appears, enter the exact amount into the verify my card screen under the My Account section of the website (the amount will be between 1 and 99 cents). Please note allow 24 hours for charge to be visible on online bank statements.
Has my Debit or Credit Card been Verified?
Once your Debit or Credit Card has been verified you will be able to see the Green 'Verified' text adjacent to your card details within the Deposit page.
