When a new card, or an unverified card, is used to make a deposit, it will go through an authentication; this process being completed successfully will verify the card - no further action is required.

Navigate to the DEPOSIT section to identify any unverified cards.
In the example below:
- The card ending 794 is NOT VERIFIED.
- The card ending in 667 is VERIFIED.
- Withdrawals are enabled on the account, regardless of the unverified card.
- If you make a deposit with the card ending 794, the transaction will go through authentication - completing this successfully will automatically verify the card.

1) Ensure you have at least $1.00 in funds available on your debit/credit card bank account.
Please note: you have 3 attempts to do this successfully - more than 3 unsuccesful attempts will lock your account.
2) Navigate to the My Account section.
4) Scroll down to the UNVERIFIED CARDS section and click 'Verify Card'.
5) Click 'Process verification payment'.
This will process a transaction of a random amount between 1c-99c on the card.
6) Log-in to your online banking account and locate the transaction.
In most cases the transaction will appear instantly, but please allow up to 24 hours.
The following is an example of a verification transaction:
7) Enter the exact amount of the transaction you have located (in this example 96c) and then click the 'Confirm deducted amount' button.
8) If this is successful, the card will be verified.
